He has served as a volunteer leader across the industry, with past and present roles including Chair of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), Chair of the Council of MLS (CMLS), member of the MLS RoundTable, Strategic Manager to the Board of Directors for Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), and more.

Randy Rector is an experienced CEO of a successful escrow company, property management company, and two real estate firms based in Southern California.
Mr. Rector also has executive management experience as a CPA and Senior Account Executive for the global financial audit, tax, and advisory firm KPMG and as Executive Assistant – Controller for In-N-Out Burger, responsible for monitoring the company’s financial condition
Mr. Rector has also served on the boards of directors of the Orange County Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Rector is a former bank chairman and owns a patent featuring electronic data interchange services that provide private and secure real-time electronic communication and overall communication networks.
Sarah Trent Miranda serves as the Chief Relationship Officer at California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the nation’s most recognized subscriber-based multiple listing service. With over two decades of experience, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, where she oversees all member-facing departments, including Customer Care, Education, and Member Resources. She is instrumental in fostering business partnerships and expanding venture capital capabilities through the Venture MLS fund.
Throughout her 8+ years at CRMLS, Sarah has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at advancing real estate professionals through the latest technology and industry best practices. Her dedication to innovation and excellence has resulted in significant growth and recognition for CRMLS within the real estate community.
As a second-generation REALTOR® and Southern California native, Sarah’s passion for the industry runs deep. She holds CMLX 1 & CMLX 2 Executive Designations, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Beyond her role at CRMLS, Sarah is actively involved in industry organizations, having served on the boards of directors for the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Jeff Turner is a part-time advisor to Venture MLS, focusing on the growth and scaling of Venture MLS, especially within the property and real estate technology space, and offering his expertise on future investments.
Mr. Turner has a litany of experience in both the real estate and technology fields, looking beyond the “how” of any technology to get to the “why” that unleashes its true power. He has served as Founder or President of several successful technology companies, as well as acted as an Entrepreneur In Residence for Second Century Ventures
Currently, he also serves as a co-founder of a recently launched REALTOR® Association Management Platform and advisor to AI venture Styldod.
David Anderson is a Venture Partner, identifying investors and fundraising opportunities while promoting the objectives and varied portfolio investments of Venture MLS to a broad network of companies, firms, and entrepreneurs.
Mr. Anderson has a long history of working at the intersection of technology and real estate. He was the founder of LionDesk and led it to it be one of the fastest growing CRMs in real estate. It was acquired by Lone Wolf in 2021, where he continued on as General Manager, Agents & Teams. He was recently named to the Swanepoel Power 200 report and currently serves as an advisor to several startups.
With his experience in managing growing companies and his knowledge of real estate technologies, Anderson advises the managers of both Venture MLS and its portfolio companies while vetting potential investments.
